! So I'll begin by saying that this product leaves a gray/purple cast on my skin. I used the recommended amount of sunscreen for a day out in the sun. Four finger lengths worth. If you use less than this, you may not see a whitecast but you aren't getting adequate sun protection. I have a medium deep skin tone and prefer to go with chemical sunscreens because I find that they dry clear. This sunscreen has physical blockers. Overall, I thought the texture was pretty nice. It wasn't gritty, but it did leave streaks when I rubbed it in. This won't be a problem for those of you who have lighter skin. But if you're darker, you don't want anyone to see white streak marks up close. However, I will say that it's not the worst cast I've come across. If for some reason you've sworn off chemical sunscreens, this could be a good option for you. But it didn't convert me personally!
